USAMA K.I.M. ALBAYATY graduated from the University of Baghdad with a Bachelor's degree in 2004-2005 in the Department of Animal Production. He received a master's degree in fish physiology from the University of Baghdad / College of Agriculture, and his thesis focused on studying the effect of adding different nutritional levels of antibiotics on fish growth. His research interests are to achieve the equation of weight gain in the least time and in legitimate ways. Faculty member since 2006 until now at the University of Baghdad / College of Agriculture .He obtained a license (TOT) in training the trainees / Iraq, he was awarded the title of international trainer from G.A.T.C / Britain. Certificate in personal strategic plan and Neuro-Linguistic Programming NLP, Participated in organizing a work ethics course from the American Institute of Work Ethics for the first time in Iraq, Successfully completed the requirements for the UNITAR Leadership, Strategy and Innovation Training program (2021 Cycle) and UNITAR Business Operationalsation Hackathon in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (2022 Cycle). in addition to creating and training a number of courses, the most important of which is the (Smart Games Club) in schools and universities
