Summary
I am an ecologist who tries to understand how climate change via warming and increasing input of allochthonous organic matter affect aquatic ecosystem processes. Questions of interest include: How does climate change directly and indirectly drive food webs, metabolism, and biogeochemistry of aquatic ecosystems? How does warming drive top down controls of freshwater primary production? Does carbon dioxide limit habitat specific and whole-ecosystem primary production?
