I am a lecturer in the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Baghdad; recently I have achieved the PhD degree from the University of Reading/ UK. My research interest is in the characterisation of animal diets, and in understanding the interaction between the compositions of the diets and the animal response in terms of health and performance. The key research areas in which I am currently engaged are metabolomic approaches to understand the impact of nutrition and metabolism in animal production, then studying the efficiency of utilisation of feeds, particularly by-products from feeds.
The degrees of sciences are B.Sc. M.Sc. Ph.D.
