The aim of this work is to find out the potential equilibrium and to investigate their behaviour. The study shows that there are three points of equilibrium. The feasibility requirements and stability conditions for all steady states are determined. In this study, all 100 samples were collected from people suffering from burns, wounds, ear infections, blood, sputum samples, and urine from both genders. The specimens were collected from medical city hospitals during the period between September 2022 and January 2023. The results of culture and biochemical tests showed that 50 isolates were P. aeruginosa. The VITEK2 compact system confirmed the identity of 35 isolates.   The study was aimed to isolate and identify endophytic fungi from myrtle (Mrtus communis) leaves and study their extracellular enzymes activity. Results revealed isolation of 99 species or ioslated of endophytic fungi obtained from 500 leaves fragment, which represented colonization frequency (CF) of 20.4%.   The present study describes a protocol for rapid in vitro micropropagation of Albizia lebbeck during the period of October 2007 to October 2009 through nodal segments containing axillary buds. The buds induced to produce a large number of multiple shoots by culturing on MS medium supplemented with different concentrations of BA (benzyladenine) and NAA (α-naphthalene acetic acid). The maximum number of shoots per explants was obtained on MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA was (4.8) after 4 weeks of culture. Excised shoots were rooted on half strength MS medium fortified with 0.5 mg/L either IBA (indolbutyric acid) or NAA alone. The complete plantlets thus obtained were successfully transferred to soil.
