Electrical Conductivity and Hall Effect Measurements of (CuInTe2) Thin Films
...Show More Authors

In this research, the electrical conductivity and Hall effect measurements have been investigated on the CuInTe2 (CIT) thin films prepared by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate at room temperature as a function of annealing temperature (R.T,473,673)K for different thicknesses (300 and 600) nm. The samples were annealed for one hour.    The electrical conductivity analysis results demonstrated that all samples prepared have two types of transport mechanisms of free carriers with two values of activation energy (Ea1, Ea2), and the electrical conductivity increases with the increase of annealing temperature whereas it showed opposite trend with thickness , where the electrical conductivity would d

Let R be a commutative ring with identity and M be an unitary R-module. Let (M) be the set of all submodules of M, and : (M)  (M)  {} be a function. We say that a proper submodule P of M is -prime if for each r  R and x  M, if rx  P, then either x  P + (P) or r M  P + (P) . Some of the properties of this concept will be investigated. Some characterizations of -prime submodules will be given, and we show that under some assumptions prime submodules and -prime submodules are coincide.

This paper concerned with development of a spectrophotometric method for the determination of paracetamol, based on the diazotisation and coupling reaction with anthranilic acid in basic medium, to form an intense yellow coloured, water-soluble and stable azo-dye which shows a maximum absorption at 421nm. Beer’s law is obeyed over the concentration range of 1.0-10 µg/ml; with molar absorptivity of 2.1772×104 L.mol -1.cm-1 and Sandell’s sensitivity index 6.9446 µg.cm-2. Ebonite linings Based on Natural and Synthetic Rubber

The corrosion of metals is of great economic importance. Estimates show that the quarter of the iron and the steel produced is destroyed in this way. Rubber lining has been used for severe corrosion protection because NR and certain synthetic rubbers have a basic resistance to the very corrosive chemicals particularly acids. The present work includes producing ebonite from both natural and synthetic rubbers ; therefore, the following materials were chosen to produce ebonite rubber: a) Natural rubber (NR). b) Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR). c) Nitrile rubber (NBR). d) Neoprene rubber (CR) [WRT]. The best ebonite vulcanizates are obtained in the presence of 30 Pphr sulfur, and carbon black as reinforcing filler. The relation between

The Approximation Solution of a Nonlinear Parabolic Boundary Value Problem Via Galerkin Finite Elements Method with Crank-Nicolson

This paper deals with finding the approximation solution of a nonlinear parabolic boundary value problem (NLPBVP) by using the Galekin finite element method (GFEM) in space and Crank Nicolson (CN) scheme in time, the problem then reduce to solve a Galerkin nonlinear algebraic system(GNLAS). The predictor and the corrector technique (PCT) is applied here to solve the GNLAS, by transforms it to a Galerkin linear algebraic system (GLAS). This GLAS is solved once using the Cholesky method (CHM) as it appear in the matlab package and once again using the Cholesky reduction order technique (CHROT) which we employ it here to save a massive time. The results, for CHROT are given by tables and figures and show

The phagocytic activity of peritoneal and blood cells counts with neutrophils and monocytes were evaluated in albino mice treated wtth two antigen preparations (A and B) from group A streptococci (GAS). Antigen A included water bathed bacteria at 70 °C for 60 minutes, while in Antigen B the bacteria was autoclaved at 121° C for 15 minutes. The animals were treated with 12 intraperitoneal doses of the antigens with intervals of three days (36 days). The 12th dose was a challenge dose (live bacteria). The first three doses of Antigen A increased the phagocytic index (PI) to a range of 76.46-78.69%, then a gradual decreased percentage was observed, especially at the challenge dose (PI=6.42%). Dynamic Channel Assignment Using Neural Networks
...Show More Authors

This paper presents a proposed neural network algorithm to solve the shortest path problem (SPP) for communication routing. The solution extends the traditional recurrent Hopfield architecture introducing the optimal routing for any request by choosing single and multi link path node-to-node traffic to minimize the loss. This suggested neural network algorithm implemented by using 20-nodes network example. The result shows that a clear convergence can be achieved by 95% valid convergence (about 361 optimal routes from 380-pairs). Additionally computation performance is also mentioned at the expense of slightly worse results.

In this work, the rate of charge transfer (CT) reaction at the N3-ZnS interface was calculated using a quantitative computational model to evaluate the efficiency of N3-ZnS heterojunction dye-sensitized solar cell devices using different types of solvents. This work discussed the influence of the effective driving energy force on the charge transport rate and performance of N3-ZnS devices with various solvents based on a donor-acceptor model. A solar cell model was used to study the optical efficiency when changing some of its parameters, such as the type of material and the thickness of the film, as they are important factors influencing the quality of the solar cell. It was found that the transition energy varies with different solvent

These tiny particles possess distinct properties that set them apart from bulk metals. Cr:Se core-shell nano thin film has been pre-coated by plasma jets with different concentrations (10:0, 8:2, and 6:4) and deposition by chemical spray pyrolysis. The nano-thin films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV), and transmission electron microscopy TEM.
