يسعى بحثنا هذا إلى دراسة جموع الكثرة ودلالاتها في شعر ابن زيدون إذ نعلم أن جمع التكسير يقسم على قسمين: جمع قلة, جمع كثرة. جمع القلة ما وضع للعدد القليل نحو: أرجل وفِتية وأقلام. جمع الكثرة ما وضع للعدد الكثير وله ثلاثة وعشرون وزناً وتناول هذا البحث أبيات من شعر ابن زيدون وقفت فيها على بيان أوزانها الصرفية ودلالاتها , وجاءت تلك الأوزان متوافقة مع ما وضع في كتب النحاة وهذه الجموع قد يقع بعضها مكان بعض فيستغنوا بجمع
