The energy level scheme of ¹⁸⁸Os has been established on the basis of
y-y coincidence measurements. Ge (Li) and HPGe detectors were
employed to study the gamma spectra produced in the -decay of ¹⁸⁸Re to
¹⁸⁸Os. Fourteen new transitions and four new levels at 1660, 1871, 1948
188and 2034 keV are suggested. Relative intensities from singles
measurements, branching ratios  and loft values were calculated and
multipolarities, spins and parities deduced

In the current study, we investigate the effect of  (La) substitution  instead of (Cu) on the properties of the superconductor compound  (Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3-xLaxO10+δ)  with (x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2). Three composite grinding wheel series were prepared using three different ceramic binders . Two of the three series behaved in typical ceramic — type manner in their consolidation behaviour , while the third deviated strongly . The measured mechanical properties behaved in a similar manner . The main reason was found tobe the way the binder material interacts with the SiC — particles . The results are discussed in terms of the rol played by the binder in shaping the final mechanical properties of the composites .

    In this study a new composite nano material was prepared and characterized through the polymerization of inter attuplgie layered m-phenylendiamine with p-kresol. During purification of serum GOT ion exchange chromatography lead to four separate forms (termed I, II, III and IV).
