The results of the present investigation indicated that exposing the eggs of Dacus ciliatus to incremented doses of gamma ray, showed that eggs were highly sensitive. The hatchability was significantly reduced with the increase of doses, in comparison with the control treatment.

Because of Citrobacter freundii medical and economical importance and that there are only little local studies about it, this study aimed to isolate and identify this important bacterial species from others that have a similar biochemical and morphological characteristics. The biosorption equilibrium level was determined as a function of pH, adsorbent dose, contact time and temperature. Surface area and pore size distribution were measured for the adsorbent. One hundred and six S. aureus were isolated from 250 Nasal swabs of
Healthcare workers and patients at Al- Kadhamia teaching Hospital and Al-

This study included the determination of the kinetic parameters (kfh ,n) and thermodynamic parameters such as enthalpy change (H), free energy change (G) and entropy change (S) of Ni+2 complexes with ascorbic acid in 0.1 M KCl solution over the temperature rang of (294-309)K. effects on kaolinite particles were investigated through dielectric properties at
