PM3 and Unrestricted Hartree Fock (UHF) quantum mechanical methods are carried out for the estimation of reaction path for the breakage of (R-O) bond rupture energies, for twelve ampicillin ester prodrugs derivatives, at their calculated equilibrium geometries, in addition to some physical properties such as heat of formation, total energy, dipole moment and the energy difference of EHOMO and ELUMO (ΔEHOMO-LUMO) energy levels, using the Gaussian-03 program. Klebsiella spp. was detected in 58 (33.7%) samples with a high percentage 29 (50%) in urine in female and low percentage 1(1.7%) in pus and burn swabs in male, and the vaginal swab was 1(1.7%). The inhibitory effect of Eucalyptus rostrata leaves extraction was investigated on multiple-antibiotic-resistant pathogenic bacteria (E.coli and S. aureus), isolated from Iraqi patients. The minimum inhibitory concentrations in a final concentration of 10 mg/ml. Tow fold dilutions was done from (12.5- 100) mg/ ml to examine the antibacterial effect of different concentrations of the plant extract on both bacteria. The study results revealed that Eucalyptus rostrata extract has a potential inhibitory effect on both gram negative and gram positive species. The current study supports the traditional approach of using Eucalyptus rostrata leaves extraction in treatment trails against bacterial infections.

In this work, ugzri images of NGC 4425 galaxy are analyzed. The galaxy images are obtained from the seventh Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) Data Release (DR7). This work was performed with Image Reduction and Analysis Facility (IRAF) and analyzed the structure of the galaxy a bulge, a bar, together with isophotal contour maps and performed a bulge/disk decomposition of the galaxy image. Yeast strain S9, which produced a high amount of biosurfactant, was isolated from pickledolive and identified as a strain of Candida guilliermondii using VITTEK 2 compact system, this strain was selected out of 13bioemulsifier producing strains. Samples from tap water were chosen to be examined as one of the possible modes of G. lamblia and other parasites transmission. 144 domestic filter units were randomly distributed to houses in Baghdad in Al-Sadr City and surrounding regions then the suspended materials were examined microscopically by direct wet mount after centrifugal sedimentation method, and after staining with modified Ziehl-Neelsen (acid fast) stain. This paper focuses on developing a strategy to represent the -connected ominoes using an abacus. We use the idea of -connected ominoes with respect to a frame in modelling nested chain abacus. Then, we formulate and prove the unique connected partition for any -connected ominoes. Next, the topological structure of nested chain abacus is presented.
