Evaluation of the Expression of SIM and NDM Genes in Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Isolated from Clinical Sources
...Show More Authors

Pseudomonas aeruginosa has recently been labeled a major threat to public health due to its resistance to almost all commonly used antibiotics. Many factors have been suggested for P. aeruginosa's antibiotic resistance. The goal of this study is to find out what role SIM and NDM, which are related to carbapenem resistance, play in P. aeruginosa isolates from local clinical sources. In this study, out of 110 different clinical specimens, 50 were identified as P. aeruginosa from hospitalized patients. All of the isolates were characterized based on the biochemical test and confirmed using the VitekII compact system. P. aeruginosa isolates were tested for antibiotic susceptibility using 8 antibiotics, inc

Effect of Applied Voltage on Spectroscopic Characterization of Neon Plasma
...Show More Authors

In this work, the glow spectrum from a neon strip lamp, used in homes and all private places, was diagnosed using optical emission spectroscopy (OES), to measure plasma parameters from spectral data (electrons density, electrons temperature, plasma frequency, Debye length). The intensity of the emission spectrum increases with increasing the applied voltage (100-220V). A spectral diagnosis was made of the cold plasma generated by the neon glow system where the glow spectrum produced was prepared for the diagnosis at variable alternating voltages that begin to rise gradually. The diagnosis was made at atmospheric pressure and room temperature of 27 ̊C. The results showed a gradual increase in the intensity of the neon spectrum generated

Data Mining Technique for Diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder
...Show More Authors

Early detection of autistic symptoms can help lower overall medical expenses, which is beneficial given that autism is a developmental disease that is associated with high medical costs. To assess whether or not a kid may have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), screening for ASD involves asking the child's parents, caregivers, and other members of the child's immediate family a series of questions. The current methods for screening for autism, such as the autistic quotient (AQ), might require a significant number of questions in addition to careful question design, which can make an autism examination more time-consuming. The effectiveness and reliability of the test could be improved, for example, by employing data mining strategies. It co

The main purpose of this work is to present the concept of pseudo Rho-algebra as a generalization of the Rho-algebra. We investigate this type behaves nicely in terms of common mappings like homomorphisms and direct products. In fact, we can show identify kernel objects and the fundamental theorem of homomorphisms using Rho-ideals in this theory. Also, some important classes of pseudo Rho-algebra  and their applications are investigated and studied. Moreover, the necessary characteristics for or tantamount to membership in major subtypes of pseudo Rho/d-algebras under these cases are identified. The Rho/d-algebras and pseudo Rho/d-algebras are generated using some new classes of polynomials with two variables that are introduced in this

Modern healthcare systems have two main sections: electronic health records (EHRs) and remote patient monitoring (RPM). With these sections, several issues have arisen related to comprehensiveness, which these sections lack in covering all the data information about the patient’s state, and other issues in privacy and security. Many types of research have been presented to solve these issues or mitigate their effects. One of these ideas is to use blockchain technology. However, some research may not utilize this technique properly, where data comprehensiveness problems remain and the preservation of individual nodes' data may be compromised. This paper introduces a new system called Patient Health Record (PHR), which will provide compr

ln this paper, an ecological predator-prey model with time delay is proposed and studied analytically and numerically. The stability and bifurcation analysis of the proposed model with a Crowley-Martin response function are covered in this article. In the beginning, equilibrium points of the proposed model are identified. Secondly, the local asymptotic stability of the equilibria and Hopf-bifurcation are discussed by the characteristic equations of the system. Finally, by creating a suitable Lyapunov function and LaSalle’s invariance principle, the equilibria's global asymptotic stability is examined.

Using Schottky Arc-plasma for Modelling the Cathode Temperatures of Various Materials at High Pressure
...Show More Authors

Theoretical investigation for cathodes of different metals, including hafnium (Hf), niobium (Nb), tungsten (W), and molybdenum (Mo) were used. It was noticed that the plasma energy at the cathode (Hf) has a higher value than that at the cathode metal because the energy losses of electrons for (Hf) are less due to inelastic collisions. As for the energy of electrons, their value for the metal (Hf) is also higher than of the other metals, and the reason is that the energy is proportional to the temperature according to the equation: (E = 3/2 KT). It was also noted that the energy of ions for all metals is almost equal at temperature (Tw≅4000K) due to energy losses due to elastic and inelastic collisions, this leads to a state of saturati

The objective of this paper is to present some geometric properties of the close to convex function  f when f is an analytic, univalent self-conformal mapping defined in the open unit disk D={z∈C: |z|<1},  and on the boundary of D. One of the goals of this work was determining the sharp bound for the function of form  f(z)=z/(1-z)^2δ   , 0<δ<1, when R(f^'/g^' (w_1))≥-2+δ/w_1   , for a some w_1∈∂D And  another, if f has angular limit at  p∈∂D . Then the inequality |(f^' (z))/(g^' (z) )|≥(-(1-2δ))/2(1+ δ)    is sharp with extremal functions  f(z)=z/(1-z)^2δ   , and   g(z)=z/(1+z), where 0<δ<1.
