Spatiotemporal Dynamics of Land Cover in Taji District: A Remote Sensing Approach
...Show More Authors

This study aims to reveal the extent of buildings and urbanization increases in the Taji district. The Taji District faces a problem in determining the judiciary's direction from an area of a rural nature to an area of a civil nature. The importance of this study lies in shedding light on the problem of lack of urban planning that occurs on the outskirts of urban cities in general and in Baghdad in particular. Taji District is located within Baghdad Governorate, one of the governorates of Iraq. Satellite images from Landsat 7 for 2003, 8 for 2014, and 9 for 2023 were acquired to cover the study area. Each image was cropped according to the administrative boundaries of the Taji region. Each image was cropped according to the administrativ

With the growing number of patient’s being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis each year it is becoming ever more important to find the cause for these neurological disorders. The present study attempts to shed light on one of the factors that may play a role as a causative agent in these neurological diseases by finding a correlation between the Herpes simplex virus type 1 and 2 in patients with Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis by detecting the virus in these patients using immunological techniques. Sixty patients with neurological diseases (40 patients with Multiple sclerosis and 20 patients with Parkinson’s disease) who’s ages ranged from (17-76) years have been investigated.  Samples wer

Slip Effect on the Peristaltic Transport of MHD Fluid through a Porous Medium with Variable Viscosity
...Show More Authors

The present paper concerns with peristaltic analysis of MHD viscous fluid in a two dimensional channel with variable viscosity through a porous medium under the effect of slip condition. Along wave length and low Reynolds number assumption is used in the problem formulation. An analytic solution is presented for the case of hydrodynamic fluid while for magneto hydrodynamic fluid a series solution is obtained in the small power of viscosity parameter. The salient features of pumping and trapping phenomena are discussed in detail through a numerical integration. The features of the flow characteristics are analyzed by plotting graphs and discussed in detail. When .

Compactness Property of Fuzzy Soft Metric Space and Fuzzy Soft Continuous Function
...Show More Authors

The theories of metric spaces and fuzzy metric spaces are crucial topics in mathematics.

Compactness is one of the most important and fundamental properties that have been widely used in Functional Analysis. In this paper, the definition of compact fuzzy soft metric space is introduced and some of its important theorems are investigated. Also, sequentially compact fuzzy soft metric space and locally compact fuzzy soft metric space are defined and the relationships between them are studied. Moreover, the relationships between each of the previous two concepts and several other known concepts are investigated separately. Besides, the compact fuzzy soft continuous functions are studie

Dispersion Parameters of Thermally Deposited Thin Lithium Floride Films at Different Annealing Temperatures
...Show More Authors

Thin Lithium Fluoride films have been prepared by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate under vacuum of about 10-5mbar. The thickness of the films was 4000±50Å. The effects of annealing temperatures on the optical properties and dispersion parameters have been studies. Transmittance spectra of the films indicate that the films have high transparency. The optical absorption studies reveal that the transition is direct with band gap value varied with the annealing temperatures. Also the refractive index dispersion curves obey to the single oscillator's model. The dispersion energy and single-oscillator energy varied with the annealing temperatures

Approximate Solution of Linear Fuzzy Random Ordinary Differential Equations Using Laplace Variational Iteration Method
...Show More Authors

In this article, the Laplace transformation method in connection with the variational iteration method will be used to solve approximately fuzzy random ordinary differential equations. After that, the sequence of approximated closed form iterated solutions is derived based on the general Lagrange multiplier evaluated using the well-known convolution theorem of the Laplace transformation method. In addition, two examples are given and solved to illustrate the reliability, efficiency and applicability of the proposed method, they are simulated using computer programs with two different generations of stochastic processes, namely the Wiener process or Brownian motion, which are 1000 and 10000, respectively.

the Dibdibba Formation is a multi-layer system in the surveyed area, the suggested
conceptual model which is advocated to simulate the flow regime of aquifer is fixed

calibrated using trial and error procedure in two stages: steady state followed by
transient state. The outcome of the calibration process demonstrated considerable
spatial variations in transmissivities and storativites of the aquifer system. A very

Influence of MHD and Wall Properties on the Peristaltic Transport of a Williamson Fluid with Variable Viscosity Through Porous Medium
...Show More Authors

This paper concerns the peristaltic flow of a Williamson fluid with variable viscosity model through porous medium under combined effects of MHD and wall properties. The assumptions of Reynolds number and long wavelength is investigated. The flow is investigated in a wave frame of reference moving with velocity of the wave. The perturbation series in terms of the Weissenberg number (We <1) was used to obtain explicit forms for velocity field and stream function. The effects of thermal conductivity, Grashof number, Darcy number, magnet, rigidity, stiffness of the wall and viscous damping force parameters on velocity and stream function have been studied.

The main purpose from this paper is to introduce a new kind of soft open sets in soft

and study new classes of soft functions called weakly soft omega open functions and
weakly soft omega closed functions which are weaker than weakly soft open functions

The process of combining images from multiple medical imaging sources without any distortion or loss of information is known as medical image fusion. It improves the usefulness of medical imaging for the diagnosis and treatment of medical issues by maintaining every feature in the fused image. Recent years have seen the introduction of many image fusion techniques that show the significant progress in the field of medical diagnosis. However, the fusion performance of these contemporary methods is prone to distortion, noise, and blurring. To address these drawbacks of the current methods, this work presents a novel fusion methodology for a visually pleasing appearance.
