حضيت القيادة باهتمام كبير من قبل الباحثين ودورها الإيجابي في التأثير على الموظفين ونجاح المنظمات، في الآونة الأخير بدأت الدراسات تركز على الجانب المظلم للقيادة وتأثيرها على التابعين وبيئة العمل، وقد تم تحديد القيادة السامة بأنها أخطر الأساليب القيادية التي تتسبب بتكاليف مادية ومعنوية على المنظمات بمختلف جوانبها، ان القيادة السامة تأثر على دوافع المرؤوسين وقدرتهم على انجاز المهام، ورغبتهم في الاستمرار في العمل، ويتبع القادة السامين أساليب الترهيب والاقصاء والتنمر والتهديد والتهميش للمرؤوسين، مما يؤثر سلبا على رفاهيتهم وصحتهم النفسية، لذا أصبح من الضروري على المنظمات وضع آليات مناسبة لمنع انتشار مثل هذه السلوكيات السامة المدمرة للفرد والمنظمة، وعلية يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على القيادة السامة من خلال مراجعة اهم ادبياتها، واستعراض أهم السلوكيات والصفات التي يتسم بها القائد السام، ومدى تأثيرها على الاتباع وبيئة المنظمة.

The determination of aerodynamic coefficients by shell designers is a critical step in the development of any projectile design. Of particular interest is the determination of the aerodynamic coefficients at transonic speeds. It is in this speed regime that the critical aerodynamic behavior occurs and a rapid change in the aerodynamic coefficients is observed. This article conclude a theoretical study for the possibility to produce additional electric power from Iraqi steam power plants by cutting – off high-pressure feed water heaters . Three separated steam power plants which Dura , south –Baghdad and Nasria were studied . The investigation showed the possibity of increasing the electric power from 10 to 15% for Dura and Nasria , whereas 6% for south – Baghdad . According to the nowadays of operation to Iraqi steam power plants , the results showed that by cutting–off high pressure feed water heaters we can generate additional electric power about 250 MW during 3-4 hrs. daily.
