The Effect of Rehabilitation Exercises Using Cryotherapy on Pain Reduction and Improving Range of Motion in a Sample of Patients with Frozen Shoulder
...Show More Authors

This research aims to develop rehabilitation exercises using cryotherapy for patients with frozen shoulder, Identify the effect of rehabilitation exercises combined with cryotherapy on pain relief and improved range of motion in the experimental group , and identify the effect of standard rehabilitation exercises on pain relief and improved range of motion in the control group, and identify the differences between the experimental and control groups in the post-tests for the variables of pain and range of motion. The researchers used an experimental design with two equivalent groups (experimental and control) using pre- and post-tests, as it was suitable for the nature of the research problem and its objectives, the research population consisted of (38) patients with frozen shoulder who were attending the rehabilitation center. The researcher selected a purposive sample of (30) patients, representing (62.5%) of the research population. One of the most important conclusions reached by the researcher is that : Rehabilitation exercises combined with cryotherapy have a significant positive effect on pain relief and range of motion improvement in patients with frozen shoulder, regular rehabilitation exercises have a significant positive effect on pain relief and range of motion improvement, but are less effective than the program combined with cryotherapy,  and the experimental group outperformed the control group in all research variables in the post-tests, confirming the effectiveness of adding cryotherapy to the rehabilitation program. One of the most important recommendations made by the researcher is that: Adopt the proposed rehabilitation program combined with cryotherapy for treating frozen shoulder in rehabilitation and physical therapy centers, and educate patients about the importance of adhering to and continuing structured rehabilitation programs to achieve the best results.

The Effect of Rehabilitation Exercises Preceded by Reflexology Technique in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Frozen Shoulder: Experimental Research
...Show More Authors

Shoulder immobilization is one of the injuries that lead to disability and loss of movement in the joint within a short time, which called the researchers to find appropriate therapeutic means to rehabilitate this injury. They prepared a rehabilitation program accompanying the reflexology technique to rehabilitate the injury of the immobilized shoulder of the small degree and improve the range of movement and muscle strength working on the shoulder joint The sample was selected from the male patients aged (40-50) years. The muscle strength test was used using the force sensor, the shoulder range test from the flexion and extension position and the visual analog test to measure the level of pain. The study concluded that the pre-rehabilitati

The research aims to: Preparing rehabilitative exercises with accompanying tools to rehabilitate those with shoulder dislocation. Knowing the effect of rehabilitative exercises and accompanying aids in improving the muscular strength and motor range of those with dislocations in the shoulder joint. The two researchers used the experimental design with the same experimental group with the pre and post tests, so the researcher chose a sample appropriate to the nature of his research problem, its goals and its hypotheses, as a sample of the injured was chosen to remove the shoulder joint, who completed the treatment, who were not practicing sports, and those who went to the Physiotherapy Center at Al-Was

The study aimed to prepare a set of qualifying exercises to improve the muscular strength of the muscles surrounding the ankle joint by applying different resistances according to the nature of the movement of this joint, which is one of the second moving joints (flexion, extension and rotation of the right and left) in order to increase the efficiency of all muscles working on this joint according to those movements and identification On the impact of these exercises and assume that there will be statistical differences between the two tests of the research sample. The researcher used the semi-articulated experimental method with a pre- and post-test for one group. The injury was evaluated on the women's national team players durin

The effect of rehabilitation exercises accompanied by ultrasound waves in reducing pain and healing from carpal tunnel compression
...Show More Authors

Objective: The current study aimed identifying the impact of rehabilitative exercises combined with ultrasonic waves on reducing pain in people with carpal tunnel compression and determining how these activities affect range of motion of the upper limb for those suffering from carpal tunnel compression. Research methodology: With pre- and post-tests, the researchers employed the experimental method in the form of two equal groups, the experimental and the control. The scientific community and sample are among the priorities that fall on the researcher, so The scientific community is determined by those suffering from carpal tunnel compression, numbering (14) patients. Specialized Center for Endocrinology and Diabetes
in Baghdad.Patients and methods: One hundred
patients with frozen shoulder were included in the
study from a total number of 580 type 2 diabetics
