After the Napoleonic Code of 1804 came without any legal rules specific to the duration of the contract, and was content to refer to it in scattered legal texts, Legislative Decree No. 2016-131 came to establish a comprehensive legal system for the duration of the contract, starting from the period of its formation, through the period of its implementation, and ending with its continuation after the expiration of its term, in the third section of the fourth chapter related to the effects of the contract (Articles 1210 - 1215), relying on judicial precedents on the one hand - which are many, as will be shown through the research pages - and contractual practices on the other hand. Perhaps the main motive that prompted the French legislator to make this amendment, in addition to establishing a comprehensive legal system for the duration of the contract, is the difference between some similar concepts, especially those related to the continuation of the contract after the end of its term, represented by extension, renewal, implicit renewal

Al-Marba'aniyah, which is a long cold wave, was defined by ancient
Iraqis. It represents the coldest days in Iraq. In this research paper, a new
scale was put to define it. It shows that the period between the minimum
temperature degree recoded in December and the minimum temperature
degree recorded in January is considered to be the period of Al-Marba'aniyah.
The research concluded that Al-Marba'aniyah is unsteady and it changes in

This paper performance for preparation and identification of six new complexes of a number of transition metals Cr (lII), Mn (I1), Fe (l), Co (II), Ni (I1), Cu (Il) with: N - (3,4,5-Trimethoxy phenyl-N - benzoyl Thiourea (TMPBT) as a bidentet ligand. The prepared complexes have been characterized, identified on the basis of elemental analysis (C.H.N), atomic absorption, molar conductivity, molar-ratio ,pH effect study, I. Rand UV spectra studies. In This paper, we introduce the associated graphs of commutative KU-algebra. Firstly, we define the KU-graph which is determined by all the elements of commutative KU-algebra as vertices. Secondly, the graph of equivalence classes of commutative KU-algebra is studied and several examples are presented. Also, by using the definition of graph folding, we prove that the graph of equivalence classes and the graph folding of commutative KU-algebra are the same, where the graph is complete bipartite graph.
