A highly selective potentiometric method for the determination of tenoxicam (TEX) was developed based on molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) membrane electrodes. This s tudy contributes to the field of analytical chemis try by designing advanced electrochemical sensors for pharmaceutical analysis. The tenoxicam-imprinted polymers (TEX-MIPs) were synthesized using tenoxicam as the template molecule, allyl chloride as the functional monomer, trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) as the cross-linking agent, and benzoyl peroxide (BP) as the radical initiator. Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC)-based membranes were fabricated incorporating various plas ticizers, namely oleic acid (O.A), paraffin (PRF), tri-butyl phosphate (TBP), and di-butyl sebacate (DBS), and subsequently employed to cons truct potentiometric electrochemical sensors. The fabricated TEX-MIP electrodes exhibited near-Nerns tian slopes of 42.6-52.7 mV per decade over a linear concentration range of 1.0 × 10⁻⁵ to 1.0 × 10⁻¹ M. These analytical characteris tics demons trate the suitability of the proposed electrochemical sensing platform for quantitative analysis in modern analytical chemis try. The sensors demons trated s table and reproducible responses within a wide pH range (3–9). Selectivity s tudies conducted in the presence of common pharmaceutical excipients, including benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, methyl paraben, and glucose, confirmed the high selectivity of the proposed electrodes toward tenoxicam. The obtained results indicate that TEX-MIP-based membrane electrodes provide a reliable, sensitive, and selective electrochemical analytical platform for the potentiometric determination of tenoxicam in pharmaceutical formulations and environmental samples.
Graphite Coated Electrodes (GCE) based on molecularly imprinted polymers were fabricated for the selective potentiometric determination of Risperidone (Ris). The molecularly imprinted (MIP) and nonimprinted (NIP) polymers were synthesized by bulk polymerization using (Ris.) as a template, acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AAm) as monomers, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a cross-linker and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as an initiator. The imprinted membranes and the non-imprinted membranes were prepared using dioctyl phthalate (DOP) and Dibutylphthalate (DBP) as plasticizers in PVC matrix. The membranes were coated on graphite electrodes. The MIP electrodes using

Naproxen(NPX) imprinted liquid electrodes of polymers are built using polymerization precipitation. The molecularly imprinted (MIP) and non imprinted (NIP) polymers were synthesized using NPX as a template. In the polymerization precipitation involved, styrene(STY) was used as monomer, N,N-methylenediacrylamide (N,N-MDAM) as a cross-linker and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as an initiator. The molecularly imprinted membranes and the non-imprinted membranes were prepared using acetophenone(AOPH) and di octylphathalate(DOP)as plasticizers in PVC matrix.
