In their growth stages, cities become an aggregation of different urban contexts as a result of development or investment projects with other goals, which creates urban tension at several levels. Previous studies presented different approaches and methods to address specific aspects of urban stress, and thus contemporary visions and propositions varied, which required a field for research. The research, from a review of the proposals, the research problem emerged in need to study the indicators and trends of balanced urban development that address the tensions between different social, economic and urban contexts". Accordingly, the objective of the research is determined as "Building a comprehensive theoretical framework for indicators of balanced development and their various trends in addressing the manifestations of urban tension". The research hypothesis is that the indicators of balanced development to address urban tension are based on the disparity of forces and the causes and manifestations of tension. The research aims to present this knowledge by adopting the descriptive-analytical method of urban studies to reach the identification of the main themes of balanced urban development and to extract the most important indicators of its achievement. The possibility and formulas of their achievement were measured in the practical study. Three projects were selected that adopted balanced development to address urban tension; the research concluded that the balanced development strategy ensures the activation of the old fabric elements and their interaction with modern features in a manner that ensures the development and preservation of the existing fabric.
Pulkhana anticline is located in Tuzhurmatu area, about 50 km SE of Kirkuk city. The study area forms a part of the Zagros Folded Zone which is situated in the unstable shelf of Iraq within the physiographic zone called Foothill Zone (in the middle of Hemrin- Makhul subzone). The north eastern limb of the anticline reaches to 50ᵒ and the dip of the south western limb reaches to 70ᵒ. The core of the structure comprises the rocks of Fat’ha Formation surrounded by rocks of Injana and Mukdadiya Formations, whereas Bai-Hasan Formation forms the slopes of the low hills surrounding the anticline. The paper deals with the traveling wave cylindrical heating systems. The analysis presented is analytical and a multi-layer model using cylindrical geometry is used to obtain the theoretical results. To validate the theoretical results, a practical model is constructed, tested and the results are compared with the theoretical ones. Comparison showed that the adopted analytical method is efficient in describing the performance of such induction heating systems.

K. pneumoniae was less ability to biodegrade the heavy crude oil (66.22 wt.%) compare with P. aeruginosa 74 wt.%). Also the emulsion percent were about 64.8 % and 62.5 % for K. pneumoniae and P. aeruginosa, respectively. The results showed that the emulsions produced from both the strains decrease the surface tension of the media from 68.43 Mn/m (for control sample) to 44.50 and 43.30 Mn/m for P. aeruginosa and K. pneumoniae, respectively.
