The aim of this research does not deal with evaluation occurs at any points in the design of the plan alternatives themselves or formulation of goals and objectives. The aim of this research is that test and evaluate the fully alternatives. We can therefore state as the principle that evaluation of alternative plans must be based on attempts to show how far each plan satisfies all the objectives are expressed as specification of the performance of the urban and regional system. The planner can submit the result (as in the traditional way) for each alternative, with particular reference to the weighting of objectives. The summery result can be presented and the preferred plan indicated that with largest index of Goals-achievement. Although, this way suffers from main criticism: Does the observed differences between the alternatives represent statistically significant differences. The overriding need is to develop plan selection evaluative tools. This will be done by using difference statistical tests, which have been offered for plan selection.

In this study, the behavior of square helical piles models (5×5) mm2 embedded in expansive soil bed overlaying a layer of sandy soil was investigated. This study designed to evaluate the relationship between the Matrix metalloproteinase -9(MMP-9), soluble Vascular endothelial cadherin(VE-CAD)and Chlamydia pneumonia infection in cardiovascular diseases patients. All blood sample were subjected for molecular detection of C.pneumoniae by using conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) depending on 16S rRNA while the level of serum MMP-9, VE-CAD measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The present work describes the development of code for trim and longitudinal stability analysis of a helicopter in forward flight. In general, particular use of these codes can be made for parametric investigation of the effects of the external and internal systems integrated to UH-60 helicopters. A forward flight longitudinal dynamic stability code is also developed in the work to solve the longitudinal part of the whole coupled matrix of equations of motion of a helicopter in forward flight. The coupling is eliminated by linearization. The trim analysis results are used as inputs to the dynamic stability code. The forward flight stability code is applied to UH-60 helicopter.
