The Right of the Public Employee to Nominate and be Elected to the Federal National Council in the UAE Legislation "a comparative study

The right to nominate and vote is one of the most important political and constitutional rights of citizens in general and public officials because it is related to the popular will, and as they represent the legal way to exercise sovereignty through the selection of members of Parliament to take over on behalf of the nation.

However, these rights, like other rights, are subject to legal regulation. Therefore, the constitutions meant it to give them a great deal of prestige, and the various laws dealt with it by defining the electorate and the conditions that should be fulfilled in the candidate and the voter.

Countries differ in their position of the public servant as conditions for membership in the Parliament, with setting controls and restrictions that respond to their exercise in proportion to their sovereignty. Manipulating them leads to problems in the scope of practical application and has caused

legal and judicial controversy that appears in every electoral process.

We have divided this research into three sections, the first is entitled the public servant and the exercise of the right to candidacy, the second is entitled the public servant and the exercise of the right to vote, and the third is entitled Judicial protection of the public servant's right to nominate and vote.

We have reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that the UAE legislator must stipulate that the employee enjoys citizenship instead of being subordinate to one of the Emirates. And that the UAE legislator was satisfied with the knowledge of reading and writing, and that the UAE legislator permitted the combination of a public job and a local job in addition to many recommendations.

The Effect of Atomic Percentage Selenium Content on the Permittivity and Polarizability of Ge1-xSex thin films

Generally the a.c. conductivity shows a power law in frequency s  ()  where the exponent s ≤ 1. As the frequency goes to zero the conductivity become frequency independent. The a.c. conductivity was studied for the Ge1-xSex thin films to see how the selenium contents affect the permittivity and the permeability for the Ge1-x Sex. The thin films prepared by thermal evaporation at room temperature and under vacuum (~2 x10-5toor) using Edward coating unit model 306A. From the relation between ln conductivity and ln w, the effect of selenium contents in Ge1-x Sex thin films on the exponent value, the relaxation time and the maximum barrier height. An algebric fitting method for circles and circular arcs was used to find the permit

The Effect Of Phoenix Dactylifera L. Pinnae Reinforcement On The Mechanical And Thermal Properties Of Polymer Composite

Phoenix dactylifera l. pinnae (the green leaves of dates palm) were used as natural reinforcing (strengthening) fibers to improve the mechanical properties of polyester as a matrix material, the fibers of the green leaves of dates palm were used in two lengths, 10 and 20mm with five rates of 0, 2.5, 5, 10, and 20% , where the reinforcing with the leaves fibers increases the hardness strength from 76.5 to be about 86.55 , the Impact value raised from about 0.313 to 0.461 , in addition to that the flexural strength from 2.66 to be about 55 , and the thermal conductivity increases from 2.54 𝑤∕𝑚.℃ to 5.41 𝑤∕𝑚.℃. The results of the present search explains that the composite samples reinforced at rate 20% and 10mm fiber length

The Experimental and Theoretical Effect of Fire on the Structural Behavior of Laced Reinforced Concrete Deep Beams

A Laced Reinforced Concrete (LRC) structural element comprises continuously inclined shear reinforcement in the form of lacing that connects the longitudinal reinforcements on both faces of the structural element. This study conducted a theoretical investigation of LRC deep beams to predict their behavior after exposure to fire and high temperatures. Four simply supported reinforced concrete beams of 1500 mm, 200 mm, and 240 mm length, width, and depth, respectively, were considered. The specimens were identical in terms of compressive strength (  40 MPa) and steel reinforcement details. The same laced steel reinforcement ratio of 0.0035 was used. Three specimens were burned at variable durations and steady-state temperatures (one

Effect of Different Magnetic Fields on The Relative Efficiency and The Energy Resolution of Nai(TI) Detectors

The effect of different magnetic Jiel ds on the Nal(Tl) scintillation detector of (3"x3") and (1.5"x1.5")   sizes was studies, using the radioactive source Cs-137.

Two type:; of coils (A,B)  were used to produce the magnetic fields. The coil "A" is cylindrical of "9cm" diameter and "9cm" length , and of

2500 turns.

The measurements were taken in two positions ;the first when the crystal inside the coil ,and the second, the PMT inside the coil . The range of the magnetic field was (0.35,0.61,0.84,1.1 1,1.37,1.62,1.87 and

2.12) mT.

The coil "D" consists of two circular and parallel coils of "12 em" distance between them and of "18.5 em" diameter of each other and of "125" turns. rive &

The Relation Between the Variation of Electrical Resistivity Values and Moisture of Soil at Baghdad University, Iraq

Six ERI profiles using Wenner Schlumberger array were carried out at Baghdad University (ALJadiriya campus) to investigate soil at two sites. The spacing between electrodes of four profiles surrounding the new building in the Campus at the first site is 1 m, and the profile length ranges from 50 to 90 m. In comparison, two across profiles in the garden to detect water seepage in the site. The inverted model of the studied profiles shows many high and low resistivity zone. The sedimentology and mineralogy of the soil samples analysis from a depth range of 15 to 100 cm from three pits confirm the high homogeneity of the soil in the studied site composed of (silt and clay). The low resistivity values coincided with the moisture a

The Influence of Flight Direction and Camera Orientation on the Quality Products of UAV-Based SfM-Photogrammetry

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) can provide valuable spatial information products for many projects across a wide range of applications. One of the major challenges in this discipline is the quality of positioning accuracy of the resulting mapping products in professional photogrammetric projects. This is especially true when using low-cost UAV systems equipped with GNSS receivers for navigation. In this study, the influence of UAV flight direction and camera orientation on positioning accuracy in an urban area on the west bank of the Euphrates river in Iraq was investigated. Positioning accuracy was tested in this study with different flight directions and camera orientation settings using a UAV autopilot app (Pix4Dcapture software

Analysis of the tax policy strategy and its impact on the technical regulation of taxes (tax price)

The research aims to identify the tax policy strategy adopted in Iraq after the change of the tax system in 2003 and beyond, and then make a comparison of the two strategies on corporate data whether they are charged with progressive tax rates and after the change of the system as the tax rates became fixed, and then indicate the changes In the tax proceeds, and knowing the dimensions of the approved tax policy, is it a tax reform strategy or a strategy to attract investments.

The research started from the problem of exposure of the Iraqi tax system to several changes in the tax strategy from 2003 until now, as this led to a reflection on the technical organization of taxes, in terms of the tax exemption. And these many amendments
