The obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Iraqi Civil Code to meet the obligation to meet the charge for the acting renewal in loyalty, clearing, union of disclaimer, acquittal, impossibility of implementation and statute of limitations. However, the subject of our study will focus on one of these reasons, which is exoneration, but we will not deal with the provisions of acquittal in general, as we chose the nature of the acquittal as the target of this study because it provoked a doctrinal debate among Islamic doctrines, as this study lacked to examine the nature of the acquittal by comparing Islamic jurisprudence with civil laws.

The current study is considered a field study to measure the level of satisfaction of the academic programs of Media Masters students. That was accomplished through surveying the attitudes of the students who are enrolled in the faculties of media at the following universities: (Petra University, The Middle East University (MEU), and Al-Yarmouk University). Those students were enrolled in the master’s program within the formal educational system during the second semester of the academic year (2015 – 2016). This survey aims to identify the services, facilities and academic programs provided by the concerned faculties. It, also, aims to identify the public relations, administrative, educational and services aspects of those faculties.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the analysis of the ethics of the administration in the development of the social responsibility of one government organizations, and to achieve the objectives of the research was the use of a questionnaire developed for the purpose of data collection and distribution to the research sample, was chosen as a total sample population (50) individuals were relying on statistical package to do a statistical analysis for this research, user, ANSI (SPSS) simple regression analysis, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient.
