In this paper we define and study new concepts of fibrewise topological spaces over B namely, fibrewise near topological spaces over B. This study aims to identify the reality of using electronic applications in teaching language skills to people with mild intellectual disabilities from the mothers’ perspective. A descriptive approach was used. The electronic questionnaires were administered to the study sample, 122 responses were received from mothers of the students with mild intellectual disability in Hafer Al-Baten schools. In this paper, we generalized the principle of Banach contractive to the relative formula and then used this formula to prove that the set valued mapping has a fixed point in a complete partial metric space. We also showed that the set-valued mapping can have a fixed point in a complete partial metric space without satisfying the contraction condition.
