Strongly (Comletely) Hollow Submodules I

Let R be a commutative ring with unity and let M be an R-module. In this paper we
study strongly (completely) hollow submodules and quasi-hollow submodules. We investigate
the basic properties of these submodules and the relationships between them. Also we study
the be behavior of these submodules under certain class of modules such as compultiplication,
distributive, multiplication and scalar modules. In part II we shall continue the study of these
submodules.

Semi-T-Hollow Modules and Semi-T-Lifting Modules

Let be an associative ring with identity and let be a unitary left -module. Let  be a non-zero submodule of .We say that  is a semi- - hollow module if for every submodule  of  such that  is a semi- - small submodule ( ). In addition, we say that  is a semi- - lifting module if for every submodule  of , there exists a direct summand  of  and  such that

The main purpose of this work was to develop the properties of these classes of module.

On Semisecond Submodules

Let  be a right module over a ring  with identity. The semisecond submodules are studied in this paper. A nonzero submodule  of   is called semisecond if    for each . More information and characterizations about this concept is provided in our work.

Strongly and Semi Strongly E_h-b-Vex Functions: Applications to Optimization Problems

In this paper, we propose new types of non-convex functions called strongly --vex functions and semi strongly --vex functions. We study some properties of these proposed functions. As an application of these functions in optimization problems, we discuss some optimality properties of the generalized nonlinear optimization problem for which we use, as an objective function, strongly --vex function and semi strongly --vex function.

On Semiannahilator Supplement Submodules

Let R be associative; ring; with an identity and let D be unitary left R- module; . In this work we present semiannihilator; supplement submodule as a generalization of R-a- supplement submodule, Let U and V be submodules of an R-module D if D=U+V and whenever Y≤ V and D=U+Y, then annY≪R;. We also introduce the the concept of semiannihilator -supplemented ;modules and semiannihilator weak; supplemented modules, and we give some basic properties of this conseptes.

T-Stable-extending Modules and Strongly T- stable Extending Modules

In this paper we introduce the notions of t-stable extending and strongly t-stable extending modules. We investigate properties and characterizations of each of these concepts. It is shown that a direct sum of t-stable extending modules is t-stable extending while with certain conditions a direct sum of strongly t-stable extending is strongly t-stable extending. Also, it is proved that under certain condition, a stable submodule of t-stable extending (strongly t-stable extending) inherits the property.

S-maximal Submodules

Throughout this paper R represents a commutative ring with identity and all R-modules M are unitary left R-modules. In this work we introduce the notion of S-maximal submodules as a generalization of the class of maximal submodules, where a proper submodule N of an R-module M is called S-maximal, if whenever W is a semi essential submodule of M with N ⊊ W ⊆ M, implies that W = M. Various properties of an S-maximal submodule are considered, and we investigate some relationships between S-maximal submodules and some others related concepts such as almost maximal submodules and semimaximal submodules. Also, we study the behavior of S-maximal submodules in the class of multiplication modules. Farther more we give S-Jacobson radical of rings

δ-Hollow Modules

Let R be a commutative ring with unity and M be a non zero unitary left R-module. M is called a hollow module if every proper submodule N of M is small (N ≪ M), i.e. N + W ≠ M for every proper submodule W in M. A δ-hollow module is a generalization of hollow module, where an R-module M is called δ-hollow module if every proper submodule N of M is δ-small (N δ  M), i.e. N + W ≠ M for every proper submodule W in M with M W is singular. In this work we study this class of modules and give several fundamental properties related with this concept
