In this paper, an efficient image segmentation scheme is proposed of boundary based & geometric region features as an alternative way of utilizing statistical base only. The test results vary according to partitioning control parameters values and image details or characteristics, with preserving the segmented image edges.

In this paper a circuit that can display the decimal equivalent of an n-bit binary number is designed and it’s behavior is described using Verilog Hardware Descriptive Language (HDL). In this study, we focused on the random coefficient estimation of the general regression and Swamy models of panel data. By using this type of data, the data give a better chance of obtaining a better method and better indicators.
