Fuzzy Semimaximal Submodules
Let R be a commutative ring with unity and an R-submodule N is called semimaximal if and only if M⁄(Nis a semisimple R-module ).The main objective of this work is to fuzzify this concept
study the basic properties and we investigate the sufficient conditions of F-submodules to be semimaximal .Also the concepts of (simple
semisimple) F- submodules and quotient F- modules are introduced and given some properties .

Abstract<p>This study includes the manufacture of four ternary alloys represented S<sub>60</sub>Se<sub>40-X</sub>Pb<sub>X</sub> with weight ratios x = 0, 10, 20, and 30 by the melting point method. The components of each alloy were mixed separately, then placed in quartz ampoules and vacuumed out with a vacuum of roger that 10<sup>−4</sup> Torr. The ampule was heated in two stages to avoid sudden dissipation and precipitation of selenium on the inner mass of the quartz tube. The new polydentate Schiff-base oxime  (1E,1`E)-2hydroxy-3-((E)-(2-((E)-2hydrxy3-((E)-(hydroxyimino)methyl)-5-methylbenzyldeneamino)ethylimino)methyl)-5methylbenzaldehyde oxime H4L and its binuclear metal complexes with Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) are reported. The reaction of 2,6 diformyl–4–methyl phenol with hydroxyl amine hydrochloride in mole ratios of 1:1 gave the precursor (E)-2-hydroxy-3((hydroxyimino)methyl)-5-methylbenzaldehyde. Condensation reaction of precursor with ethylenediamine in mole ratios of 2:1 gave the new N4O2 Schiff-base oxime ligand H4L.
