Forty – two elderly hypothyroidism patients and forty – two apparently healthy as control groups , divided to (21) male (M) and (21) female (F) also (21) control male C(M) and (21) control female C(F) aged > 60 years, were tested for the presence of thyroid peroxidase autoantibody (TPo – Ab) and thyroglobulin auto antibody (Tg – Ab) , also for Se and Zn levels in their sera .        A direct solvent extraction was used for the determination of phenolic compounds from Teucrium polium . Methanol, ethanol, iso-propanol, butanol and D.W  were used as an extractants and study  the affecting extraction factors including : the type and solvent concentration, temperature, extraction time and number of batch extraction, by  using Folin-ciocalteu method to determine the Total Phenolic Content (TPC) and measurement of the absorbance at λ_max 765nm.     In this work, we introduce Fibonacci– Halpern iterative scheme ( FH scheme) in partial ordered Banach space (POB space) for monotone total asymptotically non-expansive mapping (, MTAN mapping) that defined on weakly compact convex subset.  We also  discuss the results of weak and strong convergence for this scheme.

 Throughout  this work, compactness condition of m-th iterate  of the mapping for some natural m is necessary to ensure strong convergence, while Opial's condition has been employed to show weak convergence. During period from September 2012 to August 2013, concentration of total Trihalomethanes (TTHMs) was assessed in drinking water in Al-Dora and Al-Rasheed purification plants. 216 samples were collected from final basins of chlorination in purification plants and from sites that distributed among residential areas fed by the project. TTHMs concentration did not exceed (0.15 ppm) which is the maximum limits according to Iraqi standard specification for drinking water. The highest value was in July (0.12 ppm) and the lowest value was in November (0.01 ppm).

Serum samples were obtained from patients suffering from chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) disease. The study conducted to investigate the association between Helicobacter pylori infection and eye diseases (Glaucoma, Cataract, CSR and Uveitis). One hundred and four patients with multiple eye disorders (10-80) years were observed from 10/9/2020 to 18/11/2020 and compared to thirty-one healthy people (19 female and 12 male). Each participant was tested for H. pylori CagAAbs and TNF-α using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The relationship between chronic hepatitis B virus and Helicobacter pylori infection was evaluated to determine, seventy five patients with chronic hepatitis B infection (8-70 years) were investigated. The results were compared with the results of 50 healthy volunteers. Anti-H. pylori antibodies IgA and IgG were measured by Indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFAT) in sera of patients and healthy groups.
