In this study, light elements 19F ,22Na for (α,n) and (n,α) reactions as well as α-particle energy from a threshold energy to 10 MeV are used according to the available data of reaction cross sections. The more recent cross sections data of (α,n) and (n,α) reactions are reproduced in fine steps 86.4 KeV for 22Na (n,α) 19F in the specified energy range, as well as cross section (α,n) values were derived from the published data of (n,α) as a function of αenergy in the same fine energy steps by using the principle inverse reactions. This calculation involves only the ground state of 19F ,22Na in the reactions 19F (α,n) 22Na , 22Na (n,α) 19F.
5-(mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2yl)α,α-(diphenyl)methanol have been synthesized by ring closer of potassium xanthate[which have been prepared by reaction of benzilic acid hydrazide with carbon disulphide in potassium hydroxide] using conc.sulphuric acid at (0-5)°C scheme(I). Their characterization was carried out from T.L.C, M.P, FT.IR and 1H-NMR.

Genistein (GEN) is The major isoflavone found in soybeans, has a number of cardiovascular health benefits, Postmenopausal syndrome and osteoporosis. A direct flow injection analysis method for estimation of (GEN) in pure and supplements formulation . This system is based on diazotization coupling reactions between procaine penciline (PR) and genistein in basic medium, they formed yellow dyes have maximum absorption at 416 nm. Calibration curve were constructed over different GEN concentrations, linearity for GEN was 10-100 µg.mL-1 and detection limits of 1.51 ?g/mL.
