We notice that the issue of development is one of the most important issues in ourepoch especially in our country which classify within back ward countries.

 The study aimed to prepare psychological measures of intellectual emptiness and mental distraction on university students. Methodology: The study sample included (184) women in the Ibn Rushd College / University of
