Precision irrigation applications are used to optimize the use of water resources, by controlling plant water requirements through using different systems according to soil moisture and plant growth periods. PM3 and DFT (B3LYP) with a 6-311++G (2d, 2p) level of theoretical quantum mechanical calculations were employed to give investigation into the inhibition efficiency of the two new N-phenyl-ethylidene-5-bromo isatin derivatives which are N-phenyl-ethylidene-5-bromo-3[(imine aceto) urea]-2-oxo indole (NPEO) and N-phenyl-ethyeidine-5-bromo-3[(imine aceto) thiourea]-2-oxo indole (NPES). The calculated physical properties and quantum chemical parameters correlated to the inhibition efficiency all are studied and discussed at the equilibrium geometry in a vacuum, dimethyl sulfoxide and aqueous at their correct symmetry.

The reaction of 2-amino-benzothiazole with bis [O,O-2,3,O,O – 5,6 – (chloro(carboxylic) methiylidene) ] – L – ascorbic acid (L-AsCl2) gave new product 3-(Benzo[d]Thaizole-2-Yl) – 9-Oxo-6,7,7a,9-Tertrahydro-2H-2,10:4,7-Diepoxyfuro [3,2-f][1,5,3] Dioxazonine – 2,4 (3H) – Dicarboxylic Acid, Hydro-chloride (L-as-am)), which has been insulated and identified by (C, H, N) elemental microanalysis (Ft-IR),(U.v–vis), mass spectroscopy and H-NMR techniques. The DEM (Digital elevation model) means that the topography of the earth's surface (such as; Terrain relief and ocean floors), can be described mathematically by elevations as functions of three positions either in geographical coordinates, (Lat. Long. System) or in rectangular coordinates systems (X, Y, Z). Therefore, a DEM is an array number that represents spatial distributions of terrain characteristics. In this paper, the contour lines with different interval of high-resolution digital elevation model (1m) for AL-khamisah, The Qar Government was obtained. The altitudes ranging is between 1 m – 8.5 m, so characterized by varying heights within a small spatial region because it represents in multiple spots with flat surfaces.

     In this paper, we conduct some qualitative analysis that involves the global asymptotic stability (GAS) of the Neutral Differential Equation (NDE) with variable delay, by using  Banach contraction mapping theorem, to give some necessary conditions to achieve the GAS of the zero solution.
