The results of previous scientific studies showed that knowledge is something and application is something else, that's why teachers' preparation programs focused, in the present time, on special standards for knowledge and performance, i.e., who has knowledge is not necessary able to apply it in his life or in his field of work, which led to the existence of a gap between knowledge and application. Fumonisin B1 (FB1) is a mycotoxin produced in some grains (mainly corn) by Fusarium species. Due to a structural similarity between FB1 and sphinganine, sphingolipids metabolism is inhibited. Such inhibition plays a critical role in cell to cell singling and structure of lipoprotein; therefore FB1 has been suggested to have a relationship with human and animal cancer. This research is planned to study the effect of FB1 on male mice at two doses (20 and 30 µg/ ml) on the expression of TGF-β1 and p16 in liver cells. Objectives: is to assess if ultrasound features of breast cancer can predict its histopathological grade and HER2 status of breast cancer for patients had their diagnosis in Oncology Teaching Hospital in Medical city complex from September 2014 to November 2015
Patients and Methods: This is retrospective study of 102 patients whom histopathologically proved breast cancer had reviewed their ultrasound findings and correlate them with histopathological grade and HER2 status.
