The purpose of the research is to identify the social capital of the Municipality of Samawah Municipality by defining the level of its three dimensions (the structural dimension, the relational dimension and the cognitive dimension) and identifying the appropriate means that contribute to increasing the structural empowerment of the workers in the Municipality of Samawah. Between the social capital and the structural empowerment of the workers. From the perspective of social capital, the researchers examined the correlation and the effect of dimensions (structural, relational, cognitive) on the structural empowerment of the workers and with data collected from a sample of (168) Samawah, which is part of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities. This research was presented and analyzed the results of the research (the effect of social capital on the structural empowerment of workers), By presenting the computational environment to diagnose sample responses, standard deviations to estimate the extent of dispersion in the responses, and the coefficient of variation to determine the degree of homogeneity in the responses of the research sample at the general level of the search variables. Based on the fifth Likert scale in the responses of the sample, the response level will be limited (1 - 5) and five levels according to the categories, and the two research hypotheses on the existence of (relationship and relationship between the impact of social capital and the structural empowerment of workers), and proved the results of the application of the validity of the hypotheses that were raised, on the basis of which was formulated a set of results that Include A set of administrative practices necessary to build social capital and enhance the structural empowerment of workers. The organization, which has been characterized by having active and active networks and a deep reservoir of trust, is likely to have future interest in increasing them. Is characterized by being divided and fragmented to some extent, because it does not characterized by a network of social relations ,the main recommendations were to focus on the importance of joint work and attention to the networks of work by encouraging workers to build social relations through attention to training, working methods and informal practices. Joint work is a successful way to build a solid foundation for structural empowerment. and the value of scientific research through the guidance to use these modern concepts to access the sporadic ways in the management of government departments.
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a common liver disease that ranges from simple steatosis to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). So far, the underlying mechanism remains poorly understood. Here, we show that hepatic carboxylesterase 2 (CES2) is markedly reduced in NASH patients, diabetic
Visual media is a better way to deliver the information than the old way of "reading". For that reason with the wide propagation of multimedia websites, there are large video library’s archives, which came to be a main resource for humans. This research puts its eyes on the existing development in applying classical phrase search methods to a linked vocal transcript and after that it retrieves the video, this an easier way to search any visual media. This system has been implemented using JSP and Java language for searching the speech in the videos
Meerkat Clan Algorithm (MCA) that is a swarm intelligence algorithm resulting from watchful observation of the Meerkat (Suricata suricatta) in the Kalahari Desert in southern Africa. Meerkat has some behaviour. Sentry, foraging, and baby-sitter are the behaviour used to build this algorithm through dividing the solution sets into two sets, all the operations are performed on the foraging set. The sentry presents the best solution. The Flexible Job Shop Scheduling Problem (FJSSP) is vital in the two fields of generation administration and combinatorial advancement. In any case, it is very hard to accomplish an ideal answer for this problem with customary streamlining approaches attributable to the high computational unpredictability. Most

The suggested design is compact, rapid, and is simple to be modified and tested. The simulated design contains a MZI of 1546.74 nm of central wavelength that is constructed using special type of double clad optical fiber that has two different numerical apertures. The first aperture will supply single mode propagation via its core, while the second numerical aperture supports a zigzag wave propagation (multimode) in the first clad region. The interferometer’s

This paper reviewed an amount of researches examining the relationships between FDI and EG, especially the effects of FDI on EG, from 1994 up to 2012. The results show that the main finding of the FDI-EG relation is significantly positive, but in some cases it is negative or even null. And within the relation, there exist several influencing factors such as the adequate levels of human capital, the well-developed financial markets, the complementarity between domestic and foreign investment and the open trade regimes, etc.

concepts have been studied.
Background: Colorectal cancer is a high risk disease with rapidly progression medical problems and high mortality rate. Tissue polypeptide specific antigen can be classified as biomarker candidates in colorectal cancer and other kinds of cancer. Vascular endothelial-derived growth factor has a curial role in the formation of new blood vessels. DNA methylation may decrease invasiveness of cancer.
Objectives: This study was designed to measure the potential role of some serological biomarkers in the progression of colorectal cancer as well as their relations to P53 expression, global 5-methylcytosine.
Patients and Methods: This study involved of 60 patients with colorectal ca

The effect of local thermal non-equilibrium on the onset of convection in a bidispersive porous medium of Darcy type is investigated. The temperatures in the macropores and micropores are allowed to be different. The effects of various interaction parameters on the stability of the system are discussed. In particular, the effects of the porosity modified conductivity ratio parameters, and , with the int

Although conventional methods to recommendation systems have achieved significant success in providing item suggestions, they still face many challenges, including the cold start problem and data sparsity. Numerous recommendation models have been created in order to address these difficulties. Nevertheless, including user or item-specific information has the potential to enhance the performance of recommendations. The ConvFM model is a novel convolutional neural network architecture that combines the capabilities of deep learning for feature extraction with the effectiveness o
