Bağdat Coğrafyası Örneğinde Nazarla İlgili Halk Anlatıları

 Özet

        Dünyanın muhtelif yerlerinde yaşayan, farklı din, kültür ve etnik gruba mensup olan insanlar arasında nazar inancının mevcut olduğu bilinmektedir. Nazar inancı İslam dinine inananlar arasında olduğu gibi farklı semavi ve gayri semavi dinlere inanan insanlar arasında da mevcut olduğu çeşitli pratik ve uygulamalardan tespit edilebilir. İnsanlar, nazara gelmemek için çeşitli yollara başvurmaktadırlar. Kötü nazarlı insanlara karşı her zaman bir korku, rahatsızlık ve çekingenliğin var olduğu söylenebilir. Dolayısıyla birçok insan, nazara ve başına kötü bir şeyin gelmemesi için söz konusu nazarı kötü olan insanlardan saklanır, onlarla bir araya gelmekten çekinir ve onların kötü nazarından korunmak için çeşitli önemler alır. Nazar değme veya nazara gelmekle ilgili eskiden olduğu gibi günümüzde de halk arasında dilden dile anlatılan birçok anlatı bulunmaktadır. Anlatıların bir kısmı olayı bizzat yaşayan kişi tarafından anlatıldığı gibi başaklarının dilinden de anlatılabilir. Bu çalışmada nazardan korunmak için başvurulan yollara değil, Irak coğrafyasında farklı etnik grupları ve toplukları barındıran Bağdat'ta halk arasında Nazar ile ilgili dilden dile yayılan anlatılar derlenmiş, Türkiye Türkçesine tercüme edilmiş, tasnif edilmiş ve incelenmiştir.

Abstract

Believing in Envy ( Hasad in Arabic ) is a very common belief among people who live in different areas and belong to various religious  and  cultural  backgrounds  in the world .  As well as Muslims believe in envy, many other people who believe in numerous religions have faith in envy too. We can recognize this via the several methods and ways followed by people in order to avoid envy.

       Most people keep themselves away from the envious person and they often don't like to meet him. As was the case in the past, now there are a lot of popular folktales among people concerning the issue of "envy ".Some of these tales are told by the same envied  person and some of them by other different  people .

 In this paper , we have collected popular folktales about envy from people who belong to  different nationalities,  then we have  translated  them  into Turkish so as to be studied, analysed, and classified in groups.
