The rate of electron transfer from N3 sensitized by dye to TiO2 semiconductor in variety solvent have been calculated as a function of reorientation energy effective free energy , volume of semiconductor , attenuation and lattice constant of semiconductor . In this work, a Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF) sensor based on the Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technology was proposed. A thin layer of gold (Au) was deposited on a D-shaped Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF), which was coated with plasmonic chemically stable gold material with a thickness of 40nm. The performance parameters like sensitivity including wavelength sensitivity and amplitude sensitivity and resolution were evaluated by simulation using COMSOL software. The maximal ideal graph of R, denoted by MG(R), is the undirected graph with vertex set, the set of non-trivial ideals of R, where two vertices I1 and I2 are adjacent if I1 I2 and I1+I2 is a maximal ideal of R.
