examine the causes and dissatisfaction. We've been to reach a range of factors that lead to
satisfaction and considered their presence in necessary mainly to achieve the desired
satisfaction of the employee, plus the loss of these factors lead to development of the
employee in the event of dissatisfaction and therefore reflected on their performance work and
carrying out their duties. Our research is among the young people who need to fill their
different social living pay a lot of them to take a job without competence in the work with a
degree to work at different kind of jobs without their desire or ambitions.
This study investigates the impacts of climate change (CC) on the emergence and proliferation of fungal pathogens, with a particular focus on global food security and the potential of medicinal plants and their by-products as sustainable mitigation strategies. Through a systematic literature review of articles published up to 2024, we analyze how CC exacerbates the spread and severity of fungal diseases in crops, leading to significant agricultural losses and threats to food availability. In this study, Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles were synthesized by an easy and eco-friendly technique (green synthesis) using green tea leaves (Camillia sinensis), Nanoparticles were analyzed using structural and optical analysis, the X-ray pattern showed that Titanium Dioxide NPs had a tetragonal structure with (Face Centered Tetragonal) FCT crystal structure, the UV-visible recorded an absorbance peak near 350 nm and calculated energy band gap was 3.5 eV, all measurements were proved the purity and Nano size of prepared Nanoparticles.
