Thyroid cancer is a rare malignancy with wide interethnic and geographic variations (l).it constitutes 1% of solid organ malignancy (2) but they are still the most common endocrine (3)cancer .well differentiated (follicular and papillary thyroid carcinoma accounts for 80-90% of the approximately 28000 new cases each year and the estimate of 376000 existing cases of primary thyroid cancer in Europe and united states(2) , while in Germany it is the 13th most frequent maiignancy(2-7) new cases per 100000 inhabitantsK 1)-
There have been many recent advances in our understanding of thyroid diseases. An adenoma- carcii.oma sequence for the development of thyroid neoplasm has been based on the characterization of a number proto-oncogene and tumour suppressor gene, and different pathways for the development of papillary and follicular thyroid carcinoma have been demonstrated (5).
Over the past several decades, iodides supplementation to food supplies in many parts of the world has been followed by a correspondence decrease in the incidence . of follicular thyroid carcinoma (4).
The mean survival rates in papillary thyroid cancer usually exceed 90%, whereas in follicular thyroid cancer they amount to approximately 80% (1). For that reason differentiated thyroid cancer is considered among the most curable neoplasm (3).
The prognostic factors for papillary thyroid carcinoma are distant metastasis, age and extra thyroidal growth, and for follicular carcinoma they are distant metastasis, extra thyroidal extension and multifoccal growth Also in follicular carcinoma , survival is significantly influenced by some of the clinical variables , particularly loco regional extension of the disease and patients age (6,7,8).
The union international contre Le cancer and European organization for research and treatment score and the age , grade , extent and size scores are all highly significant(6,7).on the other hand .
Hormones, sex and lymph node metastasiss are not considering prognostic factors for survival (7).
A comprehensive study in Japan on 327- patients with thyroid carcinoma showed that in papillary carcinoma there is a difference in thtee survival between young (less than 45 years of age:))and old patients ( 45 years of age or older ). THk rate of patients who died of thyroid cancer also increased in cases with extra thyroidal tissue invasions, and metastasis to distant organs (7).
Background: Hashimoto's thyroiditis has been found to coexist with differentiated thyroid cancer in surgical specimens, but an association between the two conditions has been discounted by the medical literature. So, we performed this research to determine any potential relationship between Hashimoto's thyroiditis and the risk of developing differentiated thyroid cancer in clinical status. we assessed the related clinical factors linking these conditions, especially serum thyroid-stimulating hormone concentration, family history of thyroid disease, gender& young age group. Aim of study: to determine that hashimoto’s thyroiditis increases risk for differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Patients and method: This study is a Cross-sectiona
... Show MoreThis paper presents a minimum delay congestion control in differentiated Service communication networks. The premium and ordinary passage services based fluid flow theory is used to build the suggested structure in high efficient manage. The established system is capable to adeptly manage both the physical network resource limitations and indefinite time delay related to networking system structure.
The unprejudiced of this education is to gauge the ability of the retinoic acid to induce apoptotic cell death in hematological tumors through caspase dependent or independent apoptotic pathway, The cytotoxicity effects of retinoic acid of different concentrations (400,350,300,250,200,150,100,50,25,12.5 μg\ml) and exposure for all hematological malignancy cell lines (Human non-Hodgkin lymphoma SR and human multiple myeloma (COLO 677) and Human Monocytic Leukemia THP1 and Acute promyelocytic leukemia NB4) have been determined using a microtetrazolium (MTT) assay. Propodeum iodide and alcidine orange (AO/PI) paired discoloration was used to study the ability of retinoic acid to induce apoptosis in the infected cells and examined under fluore

Show MoreThe purpose of the research is to present a proposed accounting system model for converting and aggregating accounting information within the framework of the differentiated accounting systems, and the research methodology consists of: The research problem is the existence of differentiated and dispersed accounting systems that operate within governmental economic units and at the same time seek to achieve a unified vision and goals for the organization, and the central research hypothesis is the possibility of conducting the process of conversion accounting information from the government accounting system to the unified accounting system, and then aggregate those systems. The research was conducted at the College of Administrat

To achieve the goal of this study , researcher relied on the experimental design of a partial set , the design is ( the experimental group with a control group of post-test ).

The researcher used the experimental approach designed by two groups (control - experimental) and with a post-test to achieve the goal of the research, and the research sample was chosen from students of the fourth stage for the academic year (2018-2019).
The sample was distributed randomly into two groups, the first experimental consisting of (30) students who studied using the differentiated education strategy, and the second control group consisting of (30) students who studied using the traditional method.
The researcher pre
