This research includes the study of the harsh environment areas in which engineers and workers operate in drilling oil wells, and their own characteristics in terms of nature and the climate and other surrounding factors, that negatively large amount affect on all the staff, present in comparison with other lands, so the study showed the preparations administrative and methodology that must be taken to confront the problems that may arise or for the purpose of avoiding. One of these things should be addressed is the process of adaptation of the staff live in the remote desert land and under difficult living conditions. The study also demonstrated all kinds of diseases and ill health which afflict the staff due to climatic conditions that accompany their daily business and physical stress and intellectual effort. The study explains methods of preventing and treating diseases that occur in such areas simultaneously and rapidly in order not to influence the morale of other workers. The study showed the standard amounts for drinking water and salts to be allocated for each worker Who are exposed to physical stress while working in the pits and the use of heavy equipments through the practical testing some of the engineers and workers drilling to see the impact of this environment and purpose for obtaining the result and estimated the conclusions.

Background: Sub-clinical hypothyroidism (SCTD) is most commonly an early stage of hypothyroidism. Although the condition may resolve or remain unchanged, within a few years in some patients, overt hypothyroidism may develop, with low free T4 levels as well as a raised thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) level. In general thyroid dysfunction is a condition known to reduce the likelihood of pregnancy and to adversely affect pregnancy outcome. The Web Design Quality Index, known as WDQI, was applied to assess the quality of websites for six Iraqi universities, namely Basra University, Mosul, Muthanna, Samarra, Dijla University College, and Al-Isra University College. The results of the index showed that the universities of Basra and Dijla University College had the highest value, at 71.07 and 70.39, respectively. Its final evaluation metric was that the website of these two universities needed a slight improvement. As for the rest of the other universities, the final values of the index ranged from 64.72-69.71. In this paper a low cost color image lossy color image compression is introduced. The RGB image data is transformed to YUV color space, then the chromatic bands U & V are down-sampled using dissemination step. In this paper we design a Simulink model which can be evaluate the concentration of Copper, Lead, Zinc, Cadmium, Cobalt, Nickel, Crum and Iron. So, this model would be a method to determine the contamination levels of these metals with the potential for this contamination sources with their impact. The aim of using Simulink environment is to solve differential equations individually and as given data in parallel with analytical mathematics trends. As a result of the increase in wireless applications, this led to a spectrum problem, which was often a significant restriction.
