TetralogyofFallot(TOF)isthecommonestcyanoticcongenitalheartdiseaseencounteredinpaediatrics.Majoraortopulmonarycollaterals(MAPCAs)oftencomplicateTOFwhensurgicalcorrectionisdelayed,andatranscatheterclosureiscommonlydonepriortodefinitivesurgery.Embolizationofoccludingdevicesisaknowncomplicationthattypicallyoccursinthevesselsorincardiacchambers.Wereportayoungboywhopresentedwith1-monthdysphagiapost-transcatheterclosureofalargeMAPCAs.Bariumrevealedafillingdefectconfirmedbyendoscopyasanimpactedoccludingdeviceintheoesophagus.Itwassurgicallyremoved,andtheboywasdischargedwell.Thiscasehighlightsararebuthighlysignificantunreportedcomplication.
