This research is divided into a process of classifying and filtering most of the studies that dealt with sustainable professional development and dividing them into several sections to determine the categories for which sustainable professional development is measured, which categories did not address it, the extent to which the samples deal with and their number of the target variable, as well as the variables that suit sustainable professional development and the variables that did not Study it yet. And also the quality of studies in terms of the methodology used so that there is a reference for every researcher who intends to study sustainable professional development with studies, their characteristics, categories, tools and methodology followed, and the classification of studies was within five areas, which are studies that dealt with sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers, and include 4 studies, and sustainable professional development studies for supervisors and managers, including 20 studies, and studies for sustainable professional development for department heads ،It includes 3 studies and studies that specialize in trends and perceptions towards sustainable professional development, and includes 13 studies and sustainable professional development for teachers in general, and includes 37 studies . The research aims to characterize the strategic plan of the Educational Professional Development Center, to reveal the most important training needs for teachers from this center, to reveal the extent to which this center meets those needs, and to identify the differences between teacher responses about the degree of importance, availability of those needs according to variables of sex, specialization, and years of experience. This descriptive study adopted a questionnaire applied to (256) teachers in the K.S.A. The results of the study showed that all training needs ranged in the degree of importance from large to very large and that the most important were the skills associated with communicating with members of the learning community.

Recently times, industrial development has increased, including plastic industries, and since plastic has a very long analytical life, it will cause environmental pollution. Therefore studies have resorted to reusing recycled plastic waste (sustainable plastic) to produce environmentally friendly concrete (green concrete). In this research, some studies were reviewed and then summarized into several things, including the percentage of plastic replacement from the aggregate and the effect of this percentage on the fresh properties of concrete, such as the workability and the effect of plastic waste on the hardening properties of concrete such as dry density, compressive, tensile and flexural strength.
