New Schiff base  and their  Mn(II),Co(II),Ni(II), Cu(II) and Hg(II) complexes formed by the condensation of  O-phathaldehyde and ethylene diamine  (2:1)  to give  ligand (L1) in the first step ,then the ligand (L1) with  2- aminophenol (1:2) to give ligand (L2) were prepared by classic addition through microwave method . Objective: To establish growth curve for a sample of infertile women and to assess Body Mass Index.
Methodology: Non-probability (purposive sample) of (100) infertile women, who visit Kamal Al-Samaraee
Hospital/ fertility and IVF center . The data are collected through the use of constructed questionnaire, which
consists of two parts. Part 1: consists of (5) items about demographic characteristics, part 2: consists of (4) items

     International responsibility rises against the United Nations Organization for the actions of the Security Council according to the theory of risks, in the event that ships, submarines and aircraft carriers that operate with nuclear energy are launched against countries that violate the provisions of Chapter VII the Charter  of the United Nations, considering that the Council's actions here are considered as internationally legitimate acts of exceptional risks that the Council may resort to it in order to ensure the speed and effectiveness referred to in Article (11 / Paragraph 2) of the charter and to keep pace with developments in modern technology.
