X-ray diffractometers deliver the best quality diffraction data while being easy to use and adaptable to various applications. When X-ray photons strike electrons in materials, the incident photons scatter in a direction different from the incident beam; if the scattered beams do not change in wavelength, this is known as elastic scattering, which causes amplitude and intensity diffraction, leading to constructive interference. The idea of ech fuzzy soft bi-closure space ( bicsp) is a new one, and its basic features are defined and studied in [1]. In this paper, separation axioms, namely pairwise, , pairwise semi-(respectively, pairwise pseudo and pairwise Uryshon) - fs bicsp's are introduced and studied in both ech fuzzy soft bi-closure space and their induced fuzzy soft bitopological spaces. It is shown that hereditary property is satisfied for , with respect to ech fuzzy soft bi-closure space but for other mentioned types of separations axioms, hereditary property satisfies for closed subspaces of ech fuzzy soft bi-closure space.

In this paper, we introduce and study a new concept named couniform modules, which is a dual notion of uniform modules, where an R-module M is said to be couniform if every proper submodule N of M is either zero or there exists a proper submodule N1 of N such that is small submodule of Also many relationships are given between this class of modules and other related classes of modules. Finally, we consider the hereditary property between R-module M and R-module R in case M is couniform.

Factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance in software projects

Today the trend is to perform software development work via distributed geographical area among team

individual or even as an organization. However

due to the global market and international presence of many companies

there is a need to implement a global virtual teams. The global virtual team members are gradually engaged in globalized business environments across space

time and organizational boundaries via information and communication technologies. A global virtual team relies on communication

collaboration

and information exchange are the most important criteria in global virtual teams’ operations. The purpose of this paper is to answer two research questions. The first research question is to identify the factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance. A systematic literature review was conducted to answer the first research question. The second research question is on what the rank of the factor affecting the global virtual teams’ performance according to their level of effect on global virtual teams’ performance. Online survey was conducted within 103 developers and IT managers from eight IT companies to answer the second research question. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 22) was used to analyze the collected data. In this study

we investigated factors that affect global virtual teams’ performance

technical problems

lack of trust
