This study aimed to investigate the impacts of the Trigonella foenum-graecum (T. foenum-graecum) seeds on the female gonad. A total of twenty local rabbits were used in this study; were divided into four groups (5 each): first group (G1) was considered as the control group. The second group (G2), third group (G3) and fourth group (G4) were fed daily1.5%, 3%, and 4.5% of T. foenum-graecum seeds respectively for 60 days (twice daily). At the end of the experiment, the animals were euthanized by diethyl ether (C2H52O). A qualitative chemical test was performed on functional groups extracted from fenugreek plant and its extracts (aqueous, alcoholic and volatile oil). Results revealed that fenugreek seeds contain the main functional groups, while extracts are varied accorodihg to their content of functional groups qualitatively and quantitively. Moreover, inhibition activity was tested for extracts of fenugreek seeds (aqueous, alcoholic and volatile oil). against gram negative (Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and gram positive (Staphylococcus aureus) by the ager well diffusion method. Oils were extracted from seeds of Trigonella foenum graecum as well as from seeds of Elettaria cardamomum, then separated and characterized by Gas Chromatography with Mass spectra GC/MC twelve different compounds of Trigonella foenum graecum oil were identified, the highest rate was for the compound 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z) which was found with rate of 38.97
،%then accompanied with 31.85% of 9-Octadecenoic acid (Z)-, methyl ester.
On other hand fifty four (54) different compounds were separated from fixed oils of Elettaria cardamomum , the highest rate for the compound 3-Cyclohexene-1-methanol, .alpha.,.alpha.,4-trimethyl-, acetate which was 22.88% then the compound Butyl 9,12-octadecadienoate with a rate of 21.22 % .

A sensitivity-turbidimetric method at (0-180^o) was used for detⁿ. of mebeverine in drugs by two solar cell and six source  with C.F.I.A.. The method was based on the formation  of  ion pair for the pinkish banana color  precipitate by the reaction of Mebeverine hydrochloride with Phosphotungstic acid.
