The effect of thickness variation on some physical properties of hematite α-Fe2O3 thin films was investigated. An Fe2O3 bulk in the form of pellet was prepared by cold pressing of Fe2O3 powder with subsequent sintering at 800 . Thin films with various thicknesses were obtained on glass substrates by pulsed laser deposition technique. The films properties were characterized by XRD, and FT-IR. The deposited iron oxide thin films showed a single hematite phase with polycrystalline rhombohedral crystal structure .The thickness of films were estimated by using spectrometer to be (185-232) nm. This study aimed to isolate and phenotype lymphocytes in untreated children patients with chronic allergic asthma. In this article, the inverse source problem is determined by the partition hyperbolic equation under the left end flux tension of the string, where the extra measurement is considered. The approximate solution is obtained in the form of splitting and applying the finite difference method (FDM). Moreover, this problem is ill-posed, dealing with instability of force after adding noise to the additional condition. To stabilize the solution, the regularization matrix is considered. Consequently, it is proved by error estimates between the regularized solution and the exact solution. The numerical results show that the method is efficient and stable.

The current research aims to identify the occupational stresses of doctors who are working in governmental hospitals according to the variables of gender and career ranking. The researcher adopted a scale to measure the occupational stress of (1088) doctors (561 males and 527 females) working in governmental hospitals. The results have shown that doctors have a high level of professional stress, but there is no significant difference between doctors in terms of gender. However, there were significant differences in favor of novice residents.
