Background: Several infectious lung diseases often develop in patients with Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), especially during immunosuppressive medication, including disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs). Therefore, the accuracy of estimating the parameters of the model depends on the validity of these hypotheses.
