Abstract: Olive oils are the most reactive natural oils due to their exceptional and superior chemical composition including both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids which play a key role in nutrition and health benefits. Additionally it has minor compounds such as tocopheroles, polyphenols, hydrocarbons which act on lowering lipid levels and as antioxidants besides its containing of pigments and sterols which indicates its quality. Anyway different factors affect olive oils composition: fruit maturity climate, attitude, latitude, the zone of production and crop year. Olive oils are extracted using chemical or mechanical systems and analyzed to evaluate the major chemical components. Remarkably, the superior chemical composition of olive oils gives it a highly nutritional value and bioactive role against different diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, mellitus, cancer, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. Moreover, olive oils and its byproducts play a key role in cosmetics and skin care in addition to its remarkable role in weight loss and intestinal inflammation. The aim of this article review is to highlight the main topics 42 Journal of Discoveries in Applied and Natural Science Volume: 4 Issue: 2 Year: 2026 regarded the chemical structure of olive oils , its extraction from the fruits and investigate its bioactive properties related to the medical side including : the nutritional information , health
The term of heterocyclic chemistry focuses only on heterocyclic compounds, which consider as a percentage of organic chemistry, they equal to greater than sixty-five. These compounds are widely founded in nature and most of them are important to life. In the past few years, scientist fused on 1,2,4-triazoles and their condensed heterocyclic ring due to their medicinal significance, 1,2,4-triazole containing Sulphur atom is one of the important heterocyclic moieties due to its broad range of biological activities also their derivatives can accommodate one of the alternatives as electronic effect as exchanges of the electronic density (electron donating or withdrawing) groups ; for all what mentioned above they are consider as a core

Violacein is synthesized by fusing two Ltryptophan molecules using five different enzymes encoded by VioA, VioB, VioC, VioD, and VioE genes. These genes have transferred to genetically engineering microorganisms such as E.coli for high production of violacein. It is receiving greater interest because of its significant biological functions and therapeutic potential. The reviews outlining the biosynthesis, production, and biological significance of violacein are being published.
Blastocystosis is symptomatic infection caused by the protozoal parasite Blastocystis , which resides in the intestinal tract of its hosts and it is one of the most common parasites reported in humans. It’s prevalence ranges between (30 - 50%) of the population in developing countries. This genus has a worldwide distribution and often the most commonly reported human intestinal protozoan in children and adults, even infect infants
The purpose of this article is to provide a comprehensive definition of corporate governance and to review the existing literature on the subject. The researchers examine various corporate governance theories, including agency theory, stakeholder theory, and resource-based theory. The study concludes by emphasizing that the primary goal of corporate governance theories is not to examine how managers govern but rather to analyze how governance operates in an company.
The development of Japanese society passed through long historical stages and as a result of the bitter experience of Japan in the Second World War and its exhaustion, it was able to build a modern modern state after 1945. Echinococcus granulosus is the causative agent for this disease, targeting the liver and lungs primarily and in varying proportions of the rest of the body. This disease is characterized by the non-appearance of pathological symptoms for long periods as its appearance depends on the size, number and site of the cysts formed and the type of organ infected and surgery is still the most effective solution for the disposal of hydatid cysts. Dogs and the rest of Canidae family represent the fina

Existing diagnostic paradigms largely rely on bone scanning and bone mineral density evaluation which are hindered by the delayed prediction of fractures, especially in high-risk groups. This review assesses existing and novel Osteoporosis biomarkers, their mechanisms, clinical efficacy, drawbacks, and discusses the best biomarkers in Osteoporosis risk stratification and management, to convert them into better patient care. An online search was conducted, including PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Google Scholar up to June 2026. Passed studies were reviewed critically and organized biomarkers into five different panels: traditional and bone turnover
