Recently, with the development multimedia technologies and wireless telecommunication, Voice over Internet Protocol, becomes widely used in communication between connecting people, VoIP allows people that are connected to the local network or the Internet to make voice calls using digital connection instead of based on the analog traditional telephone network. The technologies of Internet doesn’t give any security mechanism and there is no way to guarntee that the voice streams will be transmitted over Internet or network have not been intercepted in between. In this paper the simulation is used to compare neural networks and classical method for classify observations to group that is belong to, in case of some variables that don’t follow the normal distribution. we use the proportion of number of misclassification observations to the all observations as a criterion of comparison.

Abstract

Word repeating is language items used for strengthen the meaning and riching the expression. By this view, Ural Batır epic is a good example for word repeating units. In this paper, Ural Batır epic’s word repeating has been presented by classification.

In this paper, a new type of supra closed sets is introduced which we called supra β*-closed sets in a supra topological space. A new set of separation axioms is defined, and its many properties are examined. The relationships between supra β*-Ti –spaces (i = 0, 1, 2)   are studied and shown with instances. Additionally, new varieties of supra β*-continuous maps have been taken into consideration based on the supra β*-open sets theory.
