Resistance to aminoglycosids is a great problem to therapeutics. Aminoglycoside acetyltransferase producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa have been reported to be important cause of nosocomial infections. The purpose of this study was to determine the occurrence of aminoglycoside acetyltransferase. A total of 200 clinical and environmental samples were collected over period of five months. The P. aeruginosa isolates were confirm their identification, antibiotic susceptibility profile according to vitek2 compact system. The isolates were subjected to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays with specific primers for aac (6')-I, aac (6')-Ib, aac (3')-I . The aim of this paper is to prove some results for equivalence of moduli of smoothnes in approximation theory , we used a"non uniform" modulus of smoothness and the weighted Ditzian –Totik moduli of smoothness in by spline functions ,several results are obtained .For example , it shown that ,for any the inequality , is satisfied ,finally, similar result for chebyshev partition and weighted Ditzian –Totik moduli of smoothness are also obtained.

Many fuzzy clustering are based on within-cluster scatter with a compactness measure , but in this paper explaining new fuzzy clustering method which depend on within-cluster scatter with a compactness measure and between-cluster scatter with a separation measure called the fuzzy compactness and separation (FCS). The fuzzy linear discriminant analysis (FLDA) based on within-cluster scatter matrix and between-cluster scatter matrix . Background: uterine involution is the process by which the postpartum uterus returning to its prepregnant state by the process of autolysis. The aim of the study is to fallow the uterine involution sonographicly during the first two weeks of puerperium and clinical correlation of several puerperal conditions was sought.
