We use the b-Cauchy sequence to form  which “is the set of all b-Cauchy sequences equivalence classes”. After that, we prove  to be a 2-normed space. Then, we construct an isometric by defining the function from  to ; thus  and  are isometric, where  is the subset of  composed of the equivalence classes that contains constant b-Cauchy sequences. In this paper, some basic notions and facts in the b-modular space similar to those in the modular spaces as a type of generalization are given.  For example, concepts of convergence, best approximate, uniformly convexity etc. And then, two results about relation between semi compactness and approximation are proved which are used to prove a theorem on the existence of best approximation for a semi-compact subset of b-modular space.

In this research, thin films of CdO: Mg and n-CdO: Mg/ p-Si heterojunction with thickness (500±50) nm have been deposited at R.T (300 K) by thermal evaporation technique. These samples have been annealed at different annealing temperatures (373 and 473) K for one hour. Structural, optical and electrical properties of {CdO: Mg (1%)} films deposited on glass substrate as a function of annealing temperature are studied in detail. In this paper, we present a concept of nC- symmetric operator as  follows: Let A be a bounded linear operator on separable complex Hilbert space , the operator A is said to be nC-symmetric if there exists a positive number n (n  such that CAⁿ = A*^ⁿ C (Aⁿ = C A*^ⁿ C). We provide an example and study the basic properties of this class of operators.
