Applications of superconductor compounds were considered as modern and important topics, especially these which are exposures to one of the nuclear radiation kinds. So, we gone to investigate the influence of fast neutrons irradiation on electrical and structural characteristics of HgxSb1-xBa2Ca2Cu3O8+δ superconducting compound at (x = 0.7) in ratio. The superconducting specimens were synthesized using solid state technique. Specimens were exposure to the nuclear radiation using fast neutrons with doses (0, 9.06 x1010, 15.3 x 1010 and 18.17 x 1010) n/cm2 respectively. Some types of the fungus Aspergillus were isolated from some hospitals in the city of Baghdad (Imam Ali Hospital and Sadr General Hospital). The samples were taken by Transport media at a rate of three replicates of each place isolated from samples from different places within the hospital (waste, baths, the sick beds, corridors and room floors) for the purpose of isolating and diagnosing the fungus on the Czapeck Dox Agar media. It was noticed that the spread rate of fungus Aspergillus was 70% compared to other species that have emerged during the isolation process of the Sabouraud's Dextrose Agar media. Weibull Distribution is one of most important distribution and it is mainly used in reliability and in distribution of life time. The study handled two parameter and three-parameter Weibull Distribution in addition to five –parameter Bi-Weibull distribution. The latter being very new and was not mentioned before in many of the previous references. This distribution depends on both the two parameter and the three –parameter Weibull distributions by using the scale parameter (α) and the shape parameter (b) in the first and adding the location parameter (g)to the second and then joining them together to produce a distribution with five parameters.

The aim of this paper is to generate topological structure on the power set of vertices of digraphs using new definition which is Gm-closure operator on out-linked of digraphs. Properties of this topological structure are studied and several examples are given.
