ABSTRACT

Designed methods of sports training to raise the development level of athletic performance, preservation and access to the highest achievement aspire trained using science, which means the concept of kinetic and physical link these sciences with some physical and Mharria and Vsljia and psychological training is sporting the task of building curricula and programs that contain the means and goals that will improve it requires the individual requirements used by the player in his game. When building such a curriculum and new training programs that contain a set of goals and reaching the goal the president has become imperative to recognize the coaches on how to build to achieve these goals and improve the achievements of the upper and the development of physical abilities and skill and mobility. It has lots of interested people and researchers in the Games Differential that of the sciences above-mentioned role in the development levels of players, it began to disclose the means and mechanisms that are related to science past and can play the role above has been found that one of these mechanisms is the goal-setting interim (Interval Goals) and the extent of their impact on motivation of players, it can be through this mechanism to strengthen and develop the motivation of the players on the basis that the objective function to satisfy the motivation, which in turn guide behavior and raised towards excellence and good performance.
Research Objectives:
• Identify interim goals as a motivation for the development of the most important physical variables and dynamic players Educational Baghdad / Rusafa second basketball.
• identify the impact of interim targets in the most important variables of physical and kinetic players Educational Baghdad / Rusafa second basketball.
• To identify the rates of evolution of the sample individuals by setting goals progress in physical and kinetic variables.
Hypotheses:
• There were statistically significant differences between the tests before and after the most important physical variables and dynamic players Educational Baghdad / Rusafa second basketball.
• There were statistically significant differences between the two groups Alzaitp and experimental tests in a posteriori the most important physical variables and dynamic players Educational Baghdad / Rusafa second basketball.
• There is a rise in the rates of evolution of physical variables and motor coach Educational Baghdad / Rusafa second basketball. It is through the presentation and analysis and discussion of results, the researcher to:
1. The development and identification of interim goals contributed to enhancing the motivation of the players towards the development of some physical abilities and motor skills.
2. The results of the control groups that have worked without targets, did not live up to the results of the experimental groups that worked on according to benchmarks.
3. The genealogy of the development of indicators of physical and kinetic groups pilot team football and team handball and basketball team and coach volleyball was ranked first by the standards of development and then came the rates of development of indicators of physical and kinetic groups control all the products in the second place, proving the impact of the use of benchmarks on the motivation of players positive.
The researcher recommends:
1. Attention to developing and setting goals to progress to be measured in order to strengthen the motivation of players to develop their level of physical indicators and mobility and then increase the level of performance in general.
2. The individual goals and short-term is necessary for the players, because of their importance to know the player to the improvement in the level during a certain period as it is at the same time as the feedback to increase enthusiasm and interest and perseverance in order to progress the level of performance.
3. The tests are an important way to increase motivation for both the player and the coach and then they must be used to evaluate the curriculum as an objective.
