المشكلات التي تواجه مطبقي قسم اللغة الكردية و مطبقاته في كلية التربية – ابن رشد


 
Abstract

The problems which face student-teacher in teaching applications at the dept. of Kurdish language, college of education / Ibn Rushd. During the application period, student-teachers are faced by many problems, some of which are scientific or educational, other are psychological. Teaching applications which starts at the first semester of the fourth grade in the form of theatrical applications and ends at the second semester in the form of the actual application at school has very positive effects in improving the students’ capabilities and personal abilities at Kurdish language. The study aims at identifying the problems which face the student teachers in teaching applications at the department of Kurdish language, College of the Educational/Ibn Rushd. The researcher has chosen the fourth grade students at the dept. of Kurdish language for the academic year 2008-2009 whose school is inside Baghdad. The total number of student is 82 male and female distributing on 60 who represent the study sample and 22 who represent the pilot sample. The researcher has applied a questionnaire to collect data in order to achieve the aims of the study. Then the study results are treated statistically by using suitable statistical means Person’s correlational coefficient to calculate the reliability, Spearman-Brown Formula to correct the correlational coefficient, and Fisher Formula to calculate the probable mean and to reveal the problem’s difficulty. It has been revealed that the most important problems are those due to the few hours devoted to Kurdish reading which the student-teacher has to take responsibility of, most student have negative tendencies towards Kurdish reading, lets of duties which the student-teachers has to be perform, the marks which are given by the student-teachers during their applications period have not been taken into consideration, besides fourteen problems which of least importance.
